Studios offer the added benefit of some extra privacy. Each studio has its own entrance door, an en-suite bathroom and a private kitchen area. Perfect if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet.

If you would like to be more independent, a studio could be a great option for you.

You will have access to the residence’s communal areas. These include a relaxing lounge area, quiet study area, private gym, games area, and multimedia room. As such, you will still have plenty of opportunities to socialise and make new friends.

There is free wired broadband in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi throughout the student residence.

What’s included in studio accommodation?

All studios have a bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, as well as a kitchen area.

Each studio is fully furnished with:

Small double bed (4 ft/1.2 metres wide) with under-bed storage, and bed linen provided by Celtic English Academy.
Storage drawers, wardrobe and shelving.
Desk with desk chair, and blackout blinds.
Kitchen facilities:
- microwave
- kettle
- toaster
- basic cutlery
- plates
- pots and pans
- cup and glass

Room size can vary from 21.17m2 to 23.90m2.

Prices for 2026

Price: £290 per week (single occupancy) for up to 11 weeks / £285 per week for 12+ weeks

Summer supplement: £40 per week (31/05/2026 – 20/09/2026)

Damage deposit: £150 (refundable after check-out)

• Studio kitchen cleaning is the student’s own responsibility during their stay.

• All rooms have a cleaning basket that is restocked monthly. All students are encouraged to take responsibility for keeping the facilities clean and tidy.

• The damage deposit is payable at the time of booking and refundable after check-out. Payment will be transferred after the check-out inspection.

Bathroom Facilities

You will have your own en-suite bathroom. In your en-suite bathroom, you will have a shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror.
You will need to provide your own towels and toiletries such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo and toilet paper.

Private Kitchen Facilities

Each apartment’s kitchen and lounge area is fully furnished. In the integrated kitchen area, you will have:

Cooking facilities, including an electric cooker, oven/grill and microwave.
Fridge /freezer and plenty of storage.
A sink for dish washing.

Students who want more privacy and space
Students with dietary requirements who don’t feel safe sharing the kitchen space

Important Information – All Residence Accommodation

There is a weekly £40 supplement in the summer from 31st May – 20th September 2025.
£150 refundable damage deposit is charged at the time of booking, which will be refunded as long as there is no damage.
This accommodation is provided by Celtic English Academy but managed by West Wing.
Residence accommodation is subject to availability and we advise you to book at least 8 weeks in advance.
The minimum age for residence accommodation is 18. If you are 16 or 17, please visit our Homestay page.
Residence accommodation check-in is from 15:00 on Sunday, and check-out is to 10:00 on Sunday.
It is very important for you to inform us of your arrival time in advance if you haven’t arranged an airport transfer with us.
There is a small charge for using the on-site laundry.
